Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
Return and Exchange Policies:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Return Shipping Policies:
If the reason for return is not a result of an error on the part of The Two Hand Exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to ship the item on your own, you'll pay the carrier at the time you ship your return. If you are returning an item due to an error such as a damaged item, item doesn't match what you ordered, etc., please click on the link to print a pre-paid label.
